CONDITIONS MAY INCLUDE
Institute Yacht Clauses 1.11.85 and/or Institute Clauses for Builders Risk.
Including Special Insurance Conditions Endorsement.
Including War, Strikes, Riots, Civil Commotions and Malicious Damage as per Institute War and Strikes Clauses Yachts 1.11.85 (Clause 21 and 22 of I.Y.C. deleted).
Including permission to Charter (Bareboat an/or Skippered) as applicable (Cls. 3.2 deleted)
Clause 9 extended to include misappropriation and/or theft of the entire vessel whilst on Bareboat Charter.
Including theft following forcible removal, and theft of equipment fixed as permanent items on deck and properly marked.
Including Machinery Damage Extention Clause (Cls. 10.10. of I.Y.C. deleted) in respect of all vessels not exceeding 5 years old.
Including I.Y.C. Personal Effects Clause, if required, maximum amount for unspecified items amended to 300 GBP any one article.
Including Inland Road Transit Risks, but excluding claims for Scratching, Bruising, Repainting and Liabilities to Third Parties @ A.P. t.b.a.
Including Innocent Assured Clause as per wording attached.
Including dropping off and falling overboard of Outboard Motors, Cls. 10.1. deleted.
Including Racing Risks in respect of Mast, Spars, Sails and Rigging, values as may be declared, subject to I.Y.C. Racing Risks Extention Clause (Paragraph 2 of Clause 11.4. deleted).A.P. 2% for season or 1% for occasional regattas.

Institute Speedboat Clauses deleted, unless specifically included for tenders and/or individually declared vessels and shall be extended to include damages resulting from craft striking submerged objects.
Regarding German Insurance cover
Clauses and/or stipulations applicable, respectively deleted :
- Private use only, any charter use excluded
- Institute Yacht Clauses 1/11/85 (above)
- Clauses 19.1 and 19.4, for vessels over 27 feet only
- Speedboats are admitted for insurance provided the assured has the necessary driving license, if required. Extend of the cover as per Clause 19 I.Y.C 1/11/85
- Including Road Transit Risks, but excluding claims for Scratching, Bruising, Repainting and Liabilities to Third Parties.
- During laid up period or long periods out of use, warranted vessel kept in locked store or compound and/or on immobilised trailer.
- Damage to machinery cover is restricted to accidents of the vessel only. Any damages resulting from, for example, wear and tear, malfunction or want of due diligence are excluded.- Any misappropriation, whatsoever, is excluded from cover
- Insurance does not cover loss and /or damages of the vessel by sovereign acts.
- Deleted from I.Y.C., Clause 5, Clause 10.1, Clause 11.6.4.
